About Us
We opened the patio gates in March of 2014 making this the 11th season serving a unique flavour experience using quality, local ingredients to the Pembina Valley.
We believe that quality is not only the flavour but how an ingredient is made or grown. For example, the ground beef for our hand pressed burgers, made daily, is from a local butcher who farms their own cattle with no steroids or hormones. Our local partners are essential for us to deliver on the promise of quality and unbeatable flavour.

How We Got Our Start
Charllotte always had a knack for cooking and loved it. She watched her mother manage many restaurants growing up and wanted to own a restaurant of her own one day. In fact, she knew she wanted to open a drive in style restaurant just like Charley B’s. Honing in her skills over the years and developing new skills along the way has been an adventure for Charllotte. She instills her values of hard work, collaboration and leadership into her staff every chance she gets because she knows it will help them become successful.
In 2009, Warky's (in Morden) opened a second location in Winkler and asked Charllotte to manage it. Charllotte’s love of her work shone brightly, getting one step closer to fulfilling her life-long dream of owning her own drive in restaurant. She had the opportunity to purchase the land and building and of course, took it. And in 2014, Charley B’s was born.
